Garlic Knots

Soft and buttery garlic knots with a perfect garlic-parsley topping.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle and cut into 1-inch strips.
  3. Tie each strip into a knot and place on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  6. Brush the warm knots with the garlic butter mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
