For the Crust:

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Fold in shredded carrots, green onions, and red bell pepper until evenly distributed.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to blend.
  5. Serve with crackers, vegetable sticks, or bread slices.
