For the Crust:
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Fold in shredded carrots, green onions, and red bell pepper until evenly distributed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to blend.
- Serve with crackers, vegetable sticks, or bread slices.
