Chopped Cheeseburger Sliders

Delicious mini cheeseburger sliders with a chopped beef patty, melted cheese, and all the classic toppings.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 slider buns
  • 8 slices American cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato, sliced

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, chopped onion, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape into small patties.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
  4. Place a slice of cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
  5. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to make the sauce.
  6. Toast the slider buns lightly if desired.
  7. Assemble the sliders by spreading the sauce on the buns, adding a patty with melted cheese, and topping with lettuce and tomato slices.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
