Chicken Thigh Marinade

For the Crust:

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Place chicken thighs in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over chicken, ensuring all pieces are coated.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  4. Preheat grill or oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook chicken thighs for 25-30 minutes, turning once, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
