Air Fryer Chicken Breast

For the Crust:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and brush them with olive oil.
  3. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken and cook for another 5-10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
