For the Crust:
- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, marinate the sliced flank steak with soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper for 10 minutes.
- Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Stir-fry the garlic, carrots, bell peppers, and mushrooms for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Add the cooked noodles and beef back to the pan. Stir in sugar and toss everything together for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
