For the Crust:

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper (if using), and lemon juice until evenly coated.
  3. Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  4. Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the shrimp are pink and crispy.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
